Hey,
I’m Chris, and my path has been anything but ordinary. From serving as an Army Engineer in Iraq to carving a career in IT across the State of Florida at AHCA and DJJ, I’ve worn many hats. My roles have spanned web development, app development, system administration, and network administration in both state and private sectors, including a stint at a large paper mill and an aerospace firm. Now, I’m a student once more, delving into game development with the same passion and dedication I’ve applied throughout my career.
Writing “The Golden Age: Children of Destiny” has been a thrilling chapter of my life. Inspired by the thrilling pulps and legendary superheroes of the 1930s, this book is a labor of love and a tribute to the timeless tales that have captivated us for generations.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish the moments spent with family and friends, especially my two amazing adult children, Sydney and Thomas (TJ), and my wonderful girlfriend, Amy. Whether we’re gathered around the table for an epic session of tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, diving into the latest video games, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, these shared experiences are what I hold most dear. It’s these connections, filled with laughter and creativity, that fuel my joy and inspire my storytelling.
